This is for a preorder crate. The order will be placed with ruffland in October when it opens. Crates can take anywhere from 10-16 weeks to be received by us and then we ship within 2 business days. Local pickup is usually available same day or later.
Please do not order if you do not want to wait. We have plenty of in stock kennels you can check out.
Please note that our cancellation/refund policy is full refund MINUS fees. This ranges anywhere from 3-10% depending upon the type of payment method that you use. We will happily switch to an in stock crate or another preorder with no fee.
